Store Format
A space entirely on one floor is preferred. At least 200m2 of floor space required with a width of over 4M.

Note:
1.The head office will calculate the actual setup based on the actual size of space leased.
2.To ensure the consistency of franchise‘s image, all interior design and equipment will be planned, designed and installed by the head office.
3.All ingredients and merchandise are to be sourced from the head office. The permission of the head office is required in advance to sell non-franchised merchandise to protect the company’s reputation and overall image.
4.The amounts quote above are before tax. They do not include the rent, bond, cost of first delivery, miscellaneous costs and audio equipment.
5.The fees do not include the cost of applying for utilities service, removal of existing interior furnishings, changing of washroom location and their expansion.
6.The franchise is for 3 years. No additional fees charged at the end of the period.
▲In 2007, the head office drew up 19 new franchise areas. Only one franchise will be opened in each area and the head office will accept no further applications for franchising once all areas have been filled.
